“Der Bestellvorgang war OK, aber er dauerte doch länger als nötig wegen der Kreditkartenverifikation und Registrierung, die wiederholt werden musste. Die Kleinteile für die Gartenmöbel hätten ein bißchen geordneter daherkommen können und auf der Aufbauanleitung ein bißchen differenzierter dargestellt werden können.”

“Der Bestellvorgang war in Ordnung, nahm aber mehr Zeit in Anspruch, als man vernünftigerweise verlangen konnte, da die Überprüfung/Registrierung der Zahlungskarte wiederholt werden musste. Das Zubehör für die Gartenmöbel hätte in der Montageanleitung besser getrennt und definiert werden können”

“Gute Kommunikation und Problemlösungen von Lieferverspätungen unsw..Wir haben den Kundenservice als schnell und hilfreich kennengelernt, er hat uns mit vielen Emails auf dem Laufenden gehalten auch über die Lieferzeiten. Guter Kontakt und Feedback, als eine Lieferung völlig daneben ging. Wir waren auch mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden und finden, dass es seinen Zweck gut erfüllt und sehr wertig ist. Wir werden wieder hier bestellen, weil wir sehr zufrieden sind.”

“We were very pleased with the service. You are never sure what you will get when you use a new company for the first time but the other reviews were positive so we went for it and we were not disappointed. Ordering process was easy. Our views on delivery were taken into account and DPD who is used has never failed yet. We had our furniture within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely use the service again.”

“A very quick delivery, received the day after the order was place. However the delivery was an hour or more before the estimated time and I was not in, fortunately it was left with a neighbour. Not really a problem but it could be for someone else. The garden furniture was excellent and I was surprised to find the attention to detail, such as rubber feet and protective black caps to cover the securing nuts, as none of these were on my old bistro garden furniture set that this bistro set from Lazy Susan replaced.”
