“Mooi product. Om 15.00 uur bezorgt en meteen opengemaakt. Het bleek een fabrieksfout te hebben. Belde de klantenservice en ze waren geweldig. Ze boden hun verontschuldigingen aan en zeiden dat ze onmiddellijk een reserveonderdeel zouden sturen. Tot mijn verbazing kwam het reserveonderdeel de volgende dag om 11 uur per koerier! Dus nu blij met het product en de klantenservice was uitstekend. Zou het aanbevelen en opnieuw kopen.”

“Quand le colis est arrivé à 15h, je l'ai ouvert tout de suite et j'ai pu voir qu'un des articles présentait un défaut de fabrication. J'ai contacté le service client qui ont été géniaux, ils se sont excusés et m'ont assuré qu'ils envoyaient une pièce de rechange immédiatement. A ma grande surprise, elle est arrivée le lendemain à 11h par transporteur! Je suis très content du produit et le service client est vraiment superbe. Je recommande et achèterai là dans le futur.”
