“Easy to order and queries were quickly and efficiently dealt with by customer service. Would have been helpful to be told when the order tracking number would be available as process didn't generate it with the order (as presume it occurs at point order is ready for dispatch). Telling your customers this with the order confirmation would have stopped me endlessly searching for it!!”
