“Good performance, quick reaction. I had a problem with the delivery, there was a labeling error on the package, but all has been dealt with within 1 day.”

“Delivery driver not helpful. We ended up carrying table off the lorry. He wanted to leave it on the doorstep but couldn't lift it on his own. If I had been on my own as a female the furniture wouldn't have made it past the front doorstep and the driver certainly wasn't going to help. Otherwise service from Lazy Susan very impressive!”

“Friendly and efficient customer services. I phoned than ordering online as it was Monday and we needed delivery on the Wednesday. This was agreed quickly and easily, and the delivery arrived in the allocated time slot. All products were well packaged and easy to construct, although it did take a quite a while as there were a lot of bolts to tighten on two tables and six chairs!”
