“First class service from start to finish. After order was placed we received our table and chair set about four days later. Easy to assemble, just one suggestion, a better quality spanner would make assembly easier. The table and chairs look very classy on our new patio. Thank you.”

“Furniture set seems, so far at least, excellent quality. Really like the look of it in the garden and it is very comfortable and practical! Spending so much more time outside now, it's like I've got a new outside room. The first breakfast on a sunny early summer morning at the table was magical. It was straightforward to put together, though it took a full day to complete the whole set. Beers and G&Ts made the build go quicker! Ordering was quick and efficient, and the furniture was delivered quickly, in just a couple of days. Two minor quibbles, both related to the delivery. First, the delivery tracking was a bit poor - no updates at all on the first day after ordering, then suddenly it was out for delivery on the second day. Fortunately I was at home that day, but it could have been complicated if I'd been at work. Second, the delivery came on a blue shipping pallet, which is now taking up space in the garden until I can find a way of getting it back into the blue pallet system. Not the end of the world but would have been better on a disposable pallet. Overall, great furniture, good service, wouldn't hesitate to buy again.”
