“No problems with the ordering procedure. The order was delivered exactly as arranged. Still putting the chairs together but quality is excellent , instructions are explicit and we could not be more pleased with our purchase. Will give further review when we have everything in situ.”

“Like product. First delivery man got our builders to offload the pieces from the van - not sure what I would have done if only I had been here. There was a problem with one of the chairs, and we received the substitute today - different driver, very good service.”

“There's probably very little scope for improvement in my opinion; the quality of the goods stands for itself, the ordering and delivery are excellent and the best part for me - which actually places it above all others in my experience - is that they don't scrimp on screws, washers, nuts etc. You can always depend upon them being in the package, indeed there are usually 1 too many of each!”

“Super quality items and so easy to assemble. The only gripe was with the delivery. My order was quite a big one and came on a wooden pallet. The delivery truck was way too big to access our (pretty wide and spacious) drive, so had to offload on the roadside....... then try to drag the pallet over gravel drive ! That was never going to work and, although the driver tried his hardest, the best he could do was drag it just inside the gates. May I suggest that you contact customers and, when appropriate, use much smaller vehicles !! Apart from that I am a most satisfied customer.”
