“We ordered the Jessica table and chairs from our home in SW France and they arrived exactly when advised. We had a small problem with the local courrier who couldn't get his vehicle up our hill, but a kind neighbour helped and in no time at all our table and chairs were here. The assembly wasn't difficult and we were both very impressed by the standard of craftmanship and attention to detail. The table and chairs are now in place on a suspended pool deck overlooking a beautiful river valley. They look beautiful in the magnificent setting. Thank you from both of us. Gloria & Warwick Hill”

“Hi just picked this up as been away to fetch Uncle Nicholas - again - to stay for a while. The delivery of the furniture went very well - 2 pleasant chaps and it looks good on my terrace which has been cleaned up and now being re-pointed. Sandra was here from N.Y. for a quickie w/end so approved... It is comfortable and I am very pleased with the cushions. The bonus is not to have to take everything in for the Winter months but can be used on sunny days throughout the year. I was impressed by all the Lazy Susan furniture and, as you know, my neighbour has some too. The prices are excellent and good value for money - hopefully it will last my life-time.... Thank you Lazy Susan staff for all your friendly and willing help throughout the negotiations. I will certainly recommend this type of furniture to anyone who asks me following visits for meals outside etc. as the quality and prices warrant this. Sincerely Val.”

“Purchasing on-line is sometimes a risky business as you worry about after sales service. I would like to tell you about Lazy Susan's after sales service in order to assure you that there are no such concerns with this company. Having spent a lot of money on a new patio area last year, I decided only the best would do, and purchased the Jessica Oval table and 6 Rose chairs and I wallowed in the lovely comments that people bestowed regarding our gorgeous patio furniture. Last week I noticed a small fault had developed on a couple of the chair backs which looked to be a welding fault. I took photos, emailed them to Sales, and within a couple of hours had a response offering sincere apologies for this very rare occurrence and that two new chairs would be sent out immediately, oh and would I be kind enough to "recycle" the damaged chairs. The chairs are perfectly useable and I certainly wont be throwing these two lovely chairs away. There were no questions asked, just plain and simple positive customer service. Thank You David and your team.”

“The delivery to France was fast and efficient and the cost very competitive. The boxed furniture arrived on a pallet in good order. We had ordered a Jessica six-seater set with Maria chairs as well as the Ivy Bistro Set together with cushions. We had spent some time searching for good quality aluminium garden furniture in France and failed to locate anything anywhere near as attractive as the Lazy Susan range. On unpacking the Jessica Set we were pleasantly surprised to discover it was of such sturdy manufacture (the Bistro Set is lighter, but still adequate for a its purpose). The Maria chairs are extremely comfortable and the appearance of the set enhances our new terrace. We discovered also that the furniture has rubber capped adjustable feet – a feature which avoids irritating wobbles and scratches. We were also impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of the staff at Lazy Susan. Altogether a very satisfactory purchase.”

“I do appreciate how hard it is to fulfill every order correctly and to achieve 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time but the measure of good customer service is how quickly and efficiently a company reacts when something is not as it should be. In this regard I have been very impressed and been left with a feeling that my business is truly valued. Despite the problems we have encountered I am still very pleased with the final product and as a result of your handling of the issues identified I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.”
