“Nous sommes agréablement surpris par Lazy Susan et par les efforts exceptionnels qu'ils ont fait pour satisfaire notre requête. Nous avons reçu la mauvaise couleur de coussins et le service client a pris ce problème très au sérieux. Les coussins nous on été renvoyés dans la bonne couleur, et cela gratuitement. Nous ne pouvons que recommander Lazy Susan et son service client. Certes, nous étions un peu agacés au début, mais nous sommes maintenant très satisfaits de nos meubles Lazy Susan qui sont très beaux et de bonne qualité.”

“Hat alles gut geklappt. Sitzgruppe wurde schnell geliefert. Alles gut verpackt und ganz. Aufbau gut beschrieben. Sieht toll aus und man sitzt bequem. Sind sehr zufrieden.”

“Bin begeistert! Bestellte eine 6-Gruppe und eine Gartenbank vor einer Woche in England, als ich Urlaub in Chichester machte und LazySusans-Ausstelung dort besucht hatte. Sehr nette und freundliche Beratung. Am Freitag rief mich Janine an und teilte mit, dass die Gartenbank erst Anfang Mai wieder lieferbar sei. Ob Sie diese nachliefern sollten oder, ob ich alles zusammen Mitte Mai haben wollte. Ich bat um Nachlieferung der Bank. Und heute 10.4. an meinen Wunschtermin wurde die 6-Gruppe geliefert. Alles war super verpackt und kam heil an.Mein Mann hat zwar zwei Stunden intensiv geschraubt, aber jetzt ist alles fertig und sieht super aus.Nochmals vielen Dank an die LazySusan-Crew.”

“Très belle qualité de l'ensemble, livraison rapide, emballage soigné, montage facile. Seul bémol les chaises ne s'empilent pas les unes sur les autres, il aurait suffit de le prévoir à la conception Dommage cela aurait pu être parfait”
