“The furniture arrived very quickly and ahead of time. All items were very well packaged and protected - they could have been glass rather than metal ! Each item was bubble wrapped with any corner having additional protection and then placed in a strong cardboard box. Not surprisingly it all arrived in pristine condition. The assembly instructions were good and very easy to follow - each package had its own tool kit. The nuts and bolts were all shrink wrapped onto a cardboard base - so no possible losses. Unfortunately one chair was supplied with 2 right arms ! A replacement left arm was supplied, without any fuss in 24 hours - what service ! Overall I would award LazySusan 110/100 and based on my experience I would, unhesitatingly, highly recommend them to anyone wanting metal garden furniture. Well done LAZY SUSAN for an excellent product carefully packaged and swiftly delivered.”

“Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal bestellt. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Hotline, die auftretende Probleme umgehend beseitigt. So wurden zum Beispiel fehlende Schrauben umgehend zugeschickt. Die Produkte sind hochwertig und sehr empfehlenswert.”

They arrived well packed and carrier assisted with the unpacking to confirm that goods had arrived in perfect condition. ***** However the carrier refused to take away the pallet and the cardboard. The latter completely filled our (empty) recycling bin. (*”
