“I phoned your customer services to discuss my potential purchase and was treated courteously, efficiently and promptly by a very polite young man who sorted out my order for me. Delivery was on time, well packaged and complete. Apart from a little difficulty levelling the chair legs, my bistro set is now taking pride of place on my patio, looking splendid and a pleasure to sit in. Very comfortable! My only problem is where to store all the extra fixing nuts,bolts, washers and caps that were included!! Excellent”

“I am not yet in a position to give a definite opinion: Although my order was delivered very quickly, the garden table was not in the right colour. However, after speaking with a member of the customer service, they offered to send me a new table in the right colour, and I don't even have to send mine back! I haven't yet received my second table, but the customer service so far has been brilliant and I am sure I will be very happy with my new garden table!”

“Ich konnte mein Ella Terrassenset Set und das Zubehör problemlos bestellen. Ich hatte Nachfragen wie ich am besten den Sonnenschirm zusammen mit dem Set verwenden kann und der Kundenservice hat mir schnell geantwortet - und hat alle meine Fragen hervorragend geklärt. Ich liebe das Set. Ich konnte es leicht aufbauen (viel einfacher als der Grill, den ich dann später aufgebaut habe) und ist solide und gut konstruiert. Ich sehe es mir gerne vom Küchenfenster aus an und denke dann, dass es toll ausschaut. Ich kann diese Firma und ihre Produkte nur weiterempfehlen.”
