“Range is excellent and the order procedure very easy. The only let down was the local Interlink franchise. The parcel arrived at his depot at 07.14 and at 17.00 a call from me elicited the response of 'with you in 30 mins.'. Took a further call to finally get the delivery at 20.40. The delivery had already been signed for by the franchisee but I don't know at what time. A less charitable customer may suspect the time was somewhat earlier than the actual delivery time. Lazy Susan had been let down; otherwise 5 stars.”

“Good quality for these tables and chairs. Nice design. Easy assembly. Fast delivery. Only downside: a few paint scratches were visible on a chair feet.”

“Website: pleasant, clear and understandable. Good idea for customer photos showing real situations. Lacks a PDF invoice that would be available on the customer account. Sales contact by mail: Excellent for friendliness, flexibility and responsiveness, all in French. Product: a few incidents upon assembly resolved, but can be blockers for non-manual person.”

“Dies ist mein dritter Kauf bei Lazy Susan Gartenmöbel. Ich denke, dies ist eine gute Grundlage für eine Kundenbewertung über die Qualität des Produkts. Die Gartenstühle des Terrassensets sind nicht ganz somassiv wie meine anderen Stühle aber dennoch von guter Fertigungsqualität. Das ganze Set ist hochwertig und wurde bereits von meiner Familie bewundert. Lieferung erfolgte prompt und zum gewünschten Termin. Ich würde diesen Anbieter jedem weiterempfehlen, der Gartenmöbel benötigt, die viele Jahre lang gut ausschauen sollen.”

“Ich hatte Ihren Kundenservice angerufen um mich vor dem Kauf beraten zu lassen und ich wurde sehr zuvorkommen behandelt. Die Beratung war effizient und umfangreich und der höfliche junge Mann hat meine Bestellung auch gleich aufgenommen. Die Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich, war gute verpackt und vollständig. Abgesehen von einer kleinen bei der Anpassung der Stuhlbeine hat alles toll geklappt beim Aufbau und mein Bistroset macht nun einen hervorragenden Eindruck auf meiner Terrasse und es ist eine Freude, es zu benutzen. Sehr bequem ist es auch! Mein einziges Problem ist, all die extra Kleinteile wie Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben, Kappen usw..zu verstauen, die dabei waren!! Hervorragend.”
