Verkaufskontakt per Email: Ausgezeichnet für Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität, und Reaktionszeit, alles in französisch. Danke *** Produkt: ein paar kleine Aufhänger beim Zusammenbau wurden von uns gelöst, können aber ein Problem für handwerklich nicht so begabte Personen darstellen.”

“Website: pleasant, clear and understandable. Good idea for customer photos showing real situations. Lacks a PDF invoice that would be available on the customer account. Sales contact by mail: Excellent for friendliness, flexibility and responsiveness, all in French. Product: a few incidents upon assembly resolved, but can be blockers for non-manual person.”

“C'est mon troisième achat de meubles de jardin Lazy Susan. Je pense que concernant la qualité du produit, les chaises du salon de terrasses ne sont pas aussi solides que mes autres mais sont bien faites. Le salon de jardin est de bonne qualité et a déjà été admiré par ma famille. La livraison a été rapide et le jour souhaité. Je recommanderais ce fournisseur à quiconque ayant besoin de beaux meubles de jardin qui le resteront pour de nombreuses années.”

“Dit is mijn derde aankoop van tuinmeubelen bij Lazy Susan. Ik denk dat dat een getuigenis is voor de kwaliteit van het product. De tuinstoelen van de patio tuinset zijn minder sterk als de anderen maar zijn niettemin goed ontworpen. De tuinset is kwalitatief goed en al door mijn familie bewonderd. Levering was snel en op de afgesproken dag. Ik kan deze leverancier aanbevelen aan iedereen die tuinmeubelen nodig heeft die er jarenlang geweldig uit blijven zien.”

“Dies ist mein dritter Kauf bei Lazy Susan Gartenmöbel. Ich denke, dies ist eine gute Grundlage für eine Kundenbewertung über die Qualität des Produkts. Die Gartenstühle des Terrassensets sind nicht ganz somassiv wie meine anderen Stühle aber dennoch von guter Fertigungsqualität. Das ganze Set ist hochwertig und wurde bereits von meiner Familie bewundert. Lieferung erfolgte prompt und zum gewünschten Termin. Ich würde diesen Anbieter jedem weiterempfehlen, der Gartenmöbel benötigt, die viele Jahre lang gut ausschauen sollen.”

“J'ai téléphoné à votre service client pour discuter de mon potentiel achat et j’ai été traité de manière courtoise, efficace et rapide par une jeune homme très poli qui a traité ma commande. La livraison s’est faite à l’heure, bien emballée et complète. Mis à part une légère difficulté pour égaliser les pieds des chaises, mon salon bistrot est à présent en évidence sur ma terrasse, splendide, et c’est un plaisir de s’y asseoir. Très confortable ! Mon seul problème est de savoir où ranger les écrous, boulons, rondelles et capuchons de rechange qui étaient inclus ! Excellent !”

“I phoned your customer services to discuss my potential purchase and was treated courteously, efficiently and promptly by a very polite young man who sorted out my order for me. Delivery was on time, well packaged and complete. Apart from a little difficulty levelling the chair legs, my bistro set is now taking pride of place on my patio, looking splendid and a pleasure to sit in. Very comfortable! My only problem is where to store all the extra fixing nuts,bolts, washers and caps that were included!! Excellent”
