“Die Stange des Sonnenschirms wurde beim letzten Sturm beschädigt. Ich rief Lazy Susan an, um mich zu erkundigen. Die Stange wurde ohne viel Aufhebens ersetzt, da sie noch unter Garantie stand. Die Ersatzstange kam innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Hervorragender Kundenservice”

“Order for Touch up paint for Hartman Amalfi bench delivered promptly by Royal Mail Unfortunately one of the small tubes had spilled in transit U contacted Lazy Susan and a replacement was received the next day! Excellent service”

“Had a issue with a few chairs i bought last year with paint coming off. One email to the firm and replacements dispatched that day. You can tell a lot of a firm when things go wrong and they did exceptionally well”
