“Very good customer support. After 4 years, of standing outside all year, my table and chairs had a couple of small areas of peeling coating. Lazy Susan immediately offered to send a touch-up set of 2 special paints, which they sent out foc. Shame about the peeling coating (they are sold as chairs to leave outside all year), but good back-up service.”

“Ordered touch-up paint for my garden furniture. I was surprised to receive two small unmarked bottles. There was no documentation whatsoever. I had to phone LazySusan to find out what they were and was told that one was an undercoat and the other the top coat. Pretty poor customer service. YOUR COMMENT: Many thanks for your valuable feedback. We have taken this on board and have created labels for our unmarked bottles now. Our touch-up paint has been specially formulated to match the finish on your furniture. For the antique bronze finish, you will receive 2 pots of paint with brushes; 1 black for the undercoat, and 1 bronze for the finish.
