“I am completely satisfied with the service and product and I was very pleasantly surprised with the delivery service. not only was it with me on the day after the order but 'on the dot' with timing. I received an Email saying the delivery would be between 12.12 p. and 1.12 pm; at 12.12pm the van was at the door! MODERN MIRACLE! Why not take over the Royal Mail!”

“Have just ordered my bistro set for when i move to my new house in a few weeks time.The service was great with delvery the next day I ordered the chairs with arms but did not realize they cost a little extra so my order had to be altered.however this was not a problem. The service was excellent and I would definately recommend ***”

“Kontakt: korrekt, schnell, sehr gute Erklärungen zu den gestellten Fragen, höflich, wollte alles tun, um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Bestellung, Bezahlung: korrekt, perfekt. Lieferung: per E-Mail benachrichtigt, Paketverfolgung, Bestätigung des Liefertages und +/- der Uhrzeit erhalten. Verpackung: Perfekt, alles sehr gut geschützt. Montage: perfekt, sehr gut erklärt. Qualität/Farbe: nicht enttäuscht, sehr gut. Ansicht des montierten Ganzen: perfekt, genau wie auf den Fotos auf der Website. Wir empfehlen es ohne zu zögern!!!”

“Good quality chair which matches the picture very well. This was important as the chair was chosen to closely resemble an existing chair which came from a different supplier and was damaged in the recent bad weather. Delivery was good arriving when notified. Assembly was reasonably straight forward. Good product.”
