“Hallo, ich habe das gesamte Material "Stühle" erhalten. Ein kleines Problem bei der Montage der Rückenlehne des Sessels... Die Gewindestifte der Klemmschraube der Rückenlehne haben sich gelöst! Wir mussten sie neu gewindeschneiden und eine größere Gewindestange und einen größeren Bolzen einsetzen, um die Rückenlehne zu halten. Ohne dieses kleine Problem ist alles in Ordnung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen”

“Customer service excellent, products excellent, speed of delivery excellent. Delighted with the garden chairs, cushions and table. Lovely to look at, easy to assemble, and maintenance free, apart from a quick wipe where a bird has left a message!. Would have no hesitation in purchasing further items from this company. They are a delight to deal with, and the products are delightful and stylish.”

“Very helpful customer service and quick delivery of spare part so 5 stars for that part. The chair leg didn't fit the broken leg as the back rim was deeper than the original but I managed to swap the legs around so it turned out good in the end.”
