“Bench delivery extremely prompt - product wasn't quite as solid as I expected, but looks good enough (for the price) when put together and viewed from the front (reverse sides are hollowed out). Assembly instructions easy enough to follow, but assembly itself very fiddly and needed a lot of pressure to get the bolts on the screws. Generally happy.”

“The ordering procedure was easy and when I received the email updating me on delivery date. I emailed on a bank holiday to change days and received an immediate email response with a new date. The courier communicated effectively and the delivery arrived at he time specified. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer service we received was exemplary”

“Ich bin geneigt zu sagen, dass Sie es anscheinend richtig machen. Dies ist die dritte Gartenbank, die ich erhalten habe, jede in einem anderen Design. Dies war die einzige ohne Montageanleitung, aber da sie leicht zu montieren sind, war das nicht wirklich ein Problem. Die Lieferung erfolgte genau wie erwartet und die Verpackung war in gutem Zustand.”
