“Helpful lady in customer service. Delivery slot excellent idea and delivered on time so didn't have to wait in all day.The bench very good but a little bulky and difficult to put together by one lady person. Very pleased with it and looking forward to using it when the weather warmer.”

“Excellent service and delivery, with good notification of delivery day and time. The product (April bench) was not difficult to assemble, but I found it was too difficult for me to do on my own - four hands were needed to hold the heavy pieces in place when fixing the nuts etc. Also there were not enough white plastic caps included to cover all the nuts, but this is not important as they are not visible. Now that the bench is assembled, it looks good.”

“A year ago, purchased a table and 6 chairs. Excellent product, and service. Recently, ordered a garden bench. Disappointed to find several areas of damage to the paintwork. Have been supplied with touch up paint, but can't get a good paint match with this.”

“Excellent service. Arrived next day delivery. I needed a bench that did not need any maintenance as this was to go as a memorial bench at my golf club and being on the first tee it had to look good. I was so pleased with it, exactly as I hoped. If I ever need another bench for what ever reason I would certainly come back. Thank you to all the team and for the more than excellent communication.”
