“Enjoyed the whole experience, but some of the virtual reality was not working properly which spoiled the immersive experience. Great actors, but also puzzled why Cecil was written in as a woman.”
“Concept was good but the experience was mixed. We thought there were issues with the continuity of the storyline. Also we experienced problems with the VR headsets and the video at the end wasn't working.”
“Unfortunately the performance we attended did not live up to expectations. The VR headsets kept freezing and on occasions, did not work. There was no promised video at the end as again, this was not working.
The concept was good and we would have enjoyed it, if the equipment had been working properly. What a shame.”
“On the positive, brilliant actors however, staff did not explain my VIP benefits. The locker took ages to actually lock, my colour didn't show on the board to start my experience - a waitress eventually told me to go through. VR was glitching at the beginning of the boat scene and the gift shop should accept cash as well as card.”

“If we’d have been to this one before going to the War of the Worlds one then maybe we would have been more impressed. Great acting and sets but story and experiences were not as good as WOTW. Our VR headsets did not work in first VR room. Graphics on boat VR were ropey.”
