“It was early days of event opening, some staff were good some not so sure what to tell you to do.
Actors within experience were really good. VR to me was disappointing. The quality of what I was seeing kept freezing and the experience didn't match war of the worlds.”
“Unique experience that is at times thought provoking and at others just entertaining. Highly recommend. No requirement to get in if you don’t want to.”
“A fun, dramatic and exciting experience which takes you back to the 17th century in London where, just like today society is divided by religious bigotry and intolerance and the use of violent action is seen by some as heroic and others as terrorism. You are directly caught up in this and have to either support the Gunpowder plotters or betray them to the King's security forces. A great blend of physucal action escaping from the Tower or hiding in priest's holes from marauding soldiers.alongside virtual reallity trips down thevThames at night or deep into the cellars below Westminster Great Hall with the Gunpowder barrels. Do not miss this rollercoaster ride of a 5 star experience!”
“Wowsers! An incredibly powerful, enjoyable experience, which I don't think could be bettered. All the cast devoted maximum depth to their characters. The set designers, and VR artists, also merit high praise.”
“Enjoyable evening. Not as good as the War of the Worlds experience by the same team. Story is fairly basic around obvious historical events. Actors were really good, again not as much ad lib interaction with guests as WofW. Virtual reality was good but often disappeared in the middle of a scene. Early in its run so I guess it will get slicker as the weeks go by. Worth doing though”
