Very good, different to anything we have done before in a good way. Exciting with lots of interactions.

Sadly the headsets need some work people in our group all suffered the films freezing, the screen going white and also the picture being fuzzy . Lovely staff , hopefully these are teething problems but in all honesty our group all felt it was overpriced.

Actors were great and willing to put up with a little "interaction". The VR was not working properly fro the last section but I still enjoyed.

Wasn't very interactive or especially interesting. I didn't learn anything historical that I didn't already know. The VR mostly wasn't very effective, and it was blurry in places, with error messages popping up. Although it's billed as "immersive", there isn't any meaningful interaction between cast and audience, and perhaps the worst element of the whole thing is the "choice" that the audience makes in the middle of the production - in reality, there is no choice, as the story unfolds the same no matter what you "choose", so the production would be much better if they scrapped that element of it, as it only leads to disappointment if one thinks that one's actions are going to start affecting the plot. This might be entertaining for families with young children, or for foreign visitors who don't know about the history of the event, but if you already are familiar with the history, or have any expectations with regards to immersive theatre or technological integration into theatre, it's definitely worth avoiding.

17th June 2022, 1pm show. After attending the War of the World's experience last year, was really looking forward to this new experience. There were parts where we were left waiting for too long between scenes until we entered the interval in the bar. We were told we had 15 minutes so ordered a drink. After 5 minutes, the staff told us we had to be ready to start again so had to finish the drinks as soon as possible. Another member of staff then came through and told us we still had 10 minutes. At the end, after the final VR section, we were again pushed through as quick as possible to the final set. We were then kept there for a long time, when one of the other customers started banging on the door to be released. When the employee let us out, he was heard on his radio to a colleague saying the final video has not played again. There was not the final photo opportunity as per the WOTWs experience, possibly trying to get us out asap. If I had booked this ahead of the WOTW, I wouldn't look at booking other experiences. I know this has only been open for a short while and there are still going to be teething issues but there was no apology for the final missing videos.
