“I searched the internet for a made to measure loft access hatch. After several searches I came across Ladderstore and their services. After speaking to your colleagues on the support desk I was immediately surprised how easy it was to place an order for a new loft hatch that has been neglected over the past few years by previous carpenters. The measurements were passed to the technical team to design my specific requirements and was told I would have it in roughly 10 days. I was quite surprised to receive the completed loft hatch before its anticipated delivery time. It took me and the wife about 20 minutes to fit it. It looks amazing! I then spent time plastering the bodged attempt from the previous builders and now all I have to do I paint to finish off. I have no hesitation in recommending Ladderstore. Their team are very customer service oriented and professional in all aspects.”

“Having recently moved in we decided that we should insulate our loft so that it was at the suggested minimum of 270mm of insulation. In doing so we read up about having holes in insulation made it less effective. One of the biggest holes in the insulation was the loft hatch, which was just a roughly cut piece of wood covering the hole. I found the Ladderstore custom made insulated loft hatch which does just the job. Not only is it insulated but also fire rated. My experience with Ladderstore has been very good. They have been helpful and answered questions about delivery when I had them. I would be more than happy to use them again.”

“I am really pleased with the loft hatch it looks perfect. We have used it in our new porch extension, I needed to put a hatch in the new loft as we had to run the existing boiler flue through the new ceiling and roof, so needed access to inspect the flue when the boiler is serviced. There wasn't enough room to put a standard loft hatch in so I came across your website and saw all of the good feedback left by other customers, so I decided to order through yourselves. The product is excellent and fitted perfectly, and everyone who comes into the extension comments on how neat it looks in the ceiling. Ordering the hatch was simple and delivery was within a couple of weeks, so thank you for the excellent product and delivery service. I have no concerns in recommending you to other prospective buyers.”
