“We used the Made to Measure Loft Hatch for an opening that was a smaller size than you can get in the standard shops like B&Q and Homebase. The problem was solved by Ladderstore, and on top of that, the look and quality was just what we were looking for on our new home refurbishment.”

“The loft hatch has been used to replace a horrible old loft hatch in my home. The old one was a plank of white wood whereas this is a nice hinged recessed piece which is simple and effective. Also the frame is very small which means the loft hatch is larger than its predecessor. During purchase the customer service was great and the drawings were very professional. It was delivered damage free and very easy to install.”

“The Bespoke hatch is now installed. Our fitter and myself are very impressed with the quality & ease of installation, it just took around 20 minutes to install. The only little issue would be if the stopper is left in place then you would have to use steps to drop the hatch down. As it happens our client is happy for the stopper to be left out as he ordered through yourselves the long pole tool. We will definitely use you again without question as the communication from yourself Jacky was professional & efficient. Our contractor was extremely pleased with the product which is rare.”

“We needed the bespoke hatch as we are renovating a house and the loft hatch wasn't any measurement that was 'off the shelf', they were too small or too large. As we are using the loft for storage we needed to get it made to measure to ensure that all the items we have stored up there we could get back down again. It was very easy to fit and the plasterer has just taken down the frame to plaster and put it on again which was also easy. Looks great!”
