About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“It’s a brilliant selection, i wish for presentation purposes the box was a bit more firm, but otherwise it’s a really good product. And not to say that chocolate is superb.”

“Because I still haven't received my order, it's my daughters Christmas Present, I have filled out the enquiry form twice and called twice, I received an email to say it had been posted on the 5th Dec, yet I have still not received it. Really stressed and don't know what to do. I live in Nottingham so can't just nip into a store to re purchase. Would really appreciate a call. Mrs Oliver 079772881508”

“Lovely to try a selection for the family to decide which is the one for them. White chocolate, the grandchildren’s favourite. 34% my daughter annd Daughter-in-law, anything above (in percentage terms) is for us oldies, Right up to 84%. 100% is still there, waiting….for its moment”

“I wanted to try knoops but wasn't sure which percentage to get, so tried this selection box and I am now going to buy a larger size of the percentage I liked best. They are very creamy hot chocolates, easy to make and in the selection now you have the perfect amount for one”
