About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“I really liked the Selection box as you get to try lots of percentages of chocolate . I’m a super fussy person when it come to hot chocolate so I’ve enjoyed finding ones I really like. All the family have tasted the ones I’ve made and we all really like different strengths .”

How was the delivery of your order? Good

“I order the selection box, so I can ascertain my preferred hot chocolate. I will order a tube of 54% choc next order. I find anything stronger than that a bit bitter. Hence, the selection box helped me with this decision.”

“I introduced my mum to Knoops when she came to visit us in Brighton. We bought her the selection box as a Mother’s Day surprise so that she could still enjoy a gorgeous hot chocolate when she got home. She was very happy”
