About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“Decided to try this hot chocolate after being a hotel chocolat fanatic for ages... I am in love! I use the velvetiser with this and its so smooth and gorgeous. Has more of a chocolate taste than the hotel chocolat, which i prefer as i love chocolate - and the satchet packets are recyclable! Great touch as i noticed the hotel chocolat ones arent!”

“As a hot chocolate lover and enthusiast, I wanted to try as many of the Knoops range as I could. The selection box was a great way to do so and helped me decide which percentage hot chocolate to buy next. I’ve sampled lots of different brands of hot chocolate and Knoops has taken the top spot!”

“I bought this for my daughter as she had a previous box and loved it. It would not be any good for me as there are a lot of dark chocolate varieties and although I tried a sip of some of them when she had her last box, I don't like anything above 43%. Would it be possible to have a white and milk only selection box?”
