About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“Terrible customer service. Were late to deliver order (no warning) so could not give as a gift for Christmas. Attempted to cancel order BEFORE dispatch. This was ignored. Then was told I couldn’t return items as they are perishable. I’m lumped with a load of items that I now won’t use. Complete waste of money. Real shame as was a huge Knoops fan beforehand and will now never buy from them again. Useless customer service.”

“I really liked the selection box, having never tried Knoops products before it was a great way to try lots of their products to find which ones I like. Each pouch has a self sealing closure, which was good for me as I didn't use the whole packet in one cup, but also helpful if you want to mix and match flavours. Would love a larger selection box with more of Knoops many flavours or even the 10 of these flavours but with more of them as the little pouches are great for portability.”

“I really liked the selection box and was very impressed with how simple it is to make a really delicious hot chocolate with the little packs. There's a couple I won't use though, the very very dark chocolate ones, just too dark for me to enjoy. It would be wonderful if you could offer a couple of different options of selection packs? Maybe one that leans more to more milky and one that has more dark chocolate options. Also an option of a larger pack would be lovely.”

“The selection is good. However I made an error when ordering and immediately contacted k oops. Because they have no telephone number which they answer by the time my email was read the order had been sent which was disappointing.”
