“I've been using Kinetica 100% Recovery for the last few years and love this product. Wild Berry flavour tastes fantastic and has the perfect amount of protein and carbohydrates for post race/workout recovery. Decent price too. I've tried a few other products over the years, but always revert to this. I use it when ultra training, after very long runs up to 40 miles, and also when doing shorter speed sessions, and really find I recover much more quickly and have much less muscle soreness the next day and definitely feel less fatigue. I couldn't get it during lockdown and missed it a lot! Wonderful dependable product.
