“I have this every morning after a 1hr training session then eat my 2nd breakfast. I immediately feel better. If I ever miss it and just eat om not right for the day. Trates great and I sometimes mix it with fruit on a smoothie. It can get very foamy when shaken but it settles quickly.”

“Excellent stuff after a hard session or a long endurance run. You won’t be near as tired or as tight when you take it within 20 minutes of your run. The berry is a lovely flavour but I prefer the mango one. Just a personal preference ‍♀️”
