“Taken consistently this will improve joint and muscle rehab. I take it with Kineticas creatine which doubles up as a great combo. Got this idea from the legendary Daniel Davey!! I notice a difference as I encounter joint pain post exercise. The only negative is there's not enough quantity of powder in the container it comes in”
