“This stuff is the best! I feel like I'm lean at 19 again (I'm 33 and fat) before every session, then has the added bonus of keeping me focused at work for hours afterwards rather than having the usual post-gym energy slump! My CNS may not thank me for it but my muscles and boss certainly are!”

“From an amatuer sports person perspective I really like this product. It gives exactly the hit required to prepare for a high intensity effort. I've used the fruit and watermelon flavours, both taste great.”

“My daughter use this before an intense traininig session and it really helpeds her maintain the intensity of the session throughout. She doesn't like the sweet berry taste though, we will therefore in future try out a different flavour.”

“It tastes great and does what it says but .... What a waste of plastic . So little powder in a huge tub. Disappointed when I opened it and saw so little.”
