“As with most Prefuels it is trial and error. I find this far less chemically than some pres I’ve tried. Gentle on stomach and more natural mix. Not a sudden buzz but a gradual ascent and then it holds for a short time - I run so it’s good for up to 7-8kms anything longer supplement with gels , natural nutrition or sweets etc.”

“Gives a great boost to training sessions and great taste. Noticeable energy boost. Would much prefer if it came in a smaller tub, seems like a lot of package waste to have as the tub arrives 40% full. Would prefer the option to buy a fuller tub either.”
