“We had a fabulous weekend the reach was everything we thought it would be. The staff at Kate and Toms were helpful and nothing was to much trouble. And made it a memorable 70 th birthday .we would recommend it to anyone . Cheers Dave Taylor”

“Fantastic House, Just returned from a lovely weekend at The Reach with my Family for my sisters 50th birthday Kate & Toms amazing service, Adam lovely & helpful on directions. Bedrooms all beautiful such a warm fabulous house. Indoor Pool & Games room made the weekend complete so lovely. Would return in a heartbeat.Xx 10/10 for everything xx”

“We booked The Reach for a surprise 30th birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect. All 13 of us loved the pool and the hot tub, the BBQ and the terrace, the games room and the lounge, the lawns at the front and the games room! We would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a place to celebrate of party for a weekend with their friends or family!”

“We recently stayed at the reach for a hen party. We had a fantastic weekend here and would highly recommend to anybody! Nobody wanted to leave once the weekend was over. Hopefully we will return for another stay at The Reach in the future!”

“We had a Hen Part for 16 at The Reach, and had the most amazing time! The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant, we could't believe the pool was so warm. We ate around the huge dining table and chilled out in the many areas in the house. The bedrooms were very spacious, and everywhere was very clean. Maybe a few single beds would be good as some people don't like to share! Also a slip map just as you get out of the pool would be good.”

“The Reach was a fabulous house, loved the space and perfect for what we wanted. We loved the pool area and games room and it was super to all be able to dine together in the lovely dining room. We really wished we could have stayed longer. I would however say that for the number of guests (20), there weren’t enough shower rooms - no shower in main bathroom and none for downstairs guest rooms, without going into the pool area. We also felt that stating that there were 2 ovens was misleading when one was only a mini side oven. Again for 20 guests it was a struggle to cook in just the one. Similarly for fridge space. Another suggestion would be to include cooker instructions in the information file and write out other instructions, as it’s a lot to take in when you’ve just arrived. The inclusion of local takeaway menus would also be advantageous. Our final observation was the step from the upstairs corridor into The Snug. Being health and safety conscious we immediately identified this as being a potential hazard and feel that it should have some highlighted edging. We rectified the issue by placing a mat there just so that it could be seen. Please don’t see this review as a complaint; it was amazing and we had a wonderful time but it’s only until you live somewhere that these things come to light and we thought that these suggestions may help in the future.”
