“The house is amazing. I booked it for my sister's hen do and it couldn't have been better. Adam met us and gave us the tour, and was on hand over the weekend for any questions. We spent most of the weekend in the house as the weather was really bad and we had plenty of space for 20 of us, and used the pool/hot tub a lot. We will definitely return!”

“We had a great time in this house set in very private grounds. The house was large and easily coped with our large family It was warm throughout our stay even though the weather was very cold Adam was extremely A few suggestions The house needs a little TLC in some areas The dishwasher seal had to be refitted 3 times in our 3 day stay The electrics want resolving in the swimming pool jacuzzi area kept tripping out every time we used it. The kitchen utensils are very limited for a house of his type and size Require a new frying pan, paying the price we did thought it disappointing to be using one with a wobbly handle.”

“Beautiful property, well proportioned with similar sized bedrooms which always makes life easier with a large group! The Dining room was perfect for a large group to sit and eat and chat. The Pool and Spa made our weekend it was brilliant fun. Just a few observations would be, invest in some better kitchen knives and stock up on a few more large bowls and platters for serving a large group we seemed to be a tad short. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs bedroom which was quite worrying at the time but we called and reported this and luckily it subsided and we didn't use the bathroom again during our stay. Also the dishwasher seal needs a little TLC it leaked slightly. Would definitely return/recommend this property.”

“Overall the house does have the wow factor but it is in need of some TLC. Especially the outdoor BBQ area and the roof which leaked and caused water to run down the walls!!! The heating in the house was not working when we went but portable heaters had been put in every room to keep the house warm, unfortunately this caused a power cut. Also as there was no heating we were unable to dry our towels but again this was quickly accommodated by the staff bringing us extra towels. The rooms are lovely but to be honest I feel there are not enough shower/bathroom facilities for the size of the house and the number of bedrooms. The pool area is excellent and has a real party vibe. All in all a great place to celebrate any occasion Tips No need to take ice as the American style fridge freezer has ice maker Take a pump to use on all the inflatables that are provided for the pool area.”

“Fantastic stay here for a hen party. The house is stunning and the pool facilities were great! Would be great if the kitchen could be slightly better equipped with baking trays and large serving bowls. Other than that it was perfect!”

“We chose The Reach for a family birthday celebration with seventeen of us in the group aged between 18 months and 75. We had a fantastic weekend at this immacuately presented, secure, private property. The comfort and quality of furnishings and appointments is of the highest order. The leisure facilities of the swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, gym and games room provided all the fun, entertainment and well being you could wish for. We all had a ball.”
