“I purchased this product as a spare because about every six months, the plating comes off the wand and the barrel and Babyliss require me to return the tongs for inspection. I am now on my seventh new tongs but of course I don't have access to the tongs once they have been returned to the manufacturer. As my hair is very fine and straight, I do really need a spare to use at this time. I cannot fault the services of Justmylook who delivered the tongs virtually straight away, but as for the product itself, if you have fine hair, I do not recommend this product at all!”

“The package was delivered well wrapped and quickly on the date advised. I already have these curling tongs with a wider barrel and find they suit my hair. I am wearing my hair shorter now and needed a smaller pair. My current version work well, heat up quickly and do not damage my hair so these were exactly what I wanted. I have used the new ones and they work the same way and I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“I bought these tongs seven months ago and they worked perfectly until they suddenly stopped working after a loud pop from inside. I contacted the Babyliss helpline and was asked to send them some images of the product including proof of purchase. I sent these off on the Thursday before Good Friday and received a brand new pair on Easter Saturday! Their response was really quick so very impressed.”
