“Bought this to replace the same model because the coating had started coming off the wand which stuck to my very very fine hair. Sadly the one I had to replace was not all that old so come on Babyliss - add a few more coatings of the finishing product on your wands so they last longer than your one year guarantee!! If it happens again, then I will choose another brand of more durable heated hair tongs”

“Tong looked lovely good quality and excellent service but realised when opened box had got wrong size returned it same day but wouldn’t accept it back as I had opened it. Just wanted swop for smaller size which I thought would be simple but would only return the one I’d opened which is useless to me.”
