“I wouldn’t say I disliked this product but it wasn’t amazing, it was a downgrade from my old headset that broke. When I first used it I could already tell the audio quality was worse, it sounded very muffled along with the mic quality, it’s a good headset if your don’t want to play games competitively because of the not so good audio quality and mic quality. It is also not comfortable as it starts hurting after a while if you wear glasses.”

“Bought a 2nd pair as the first pair only lasted 8 weeks before the mic snapped off, had the 2nd pair less than a month and the mic has snapped off! Won't be buying a 3rd pair.”

“Rubbish - don’t waste your money!! So difficult to set up and the microphone broke after a week! I couldn’t be bothered to send them back - I bought another pair of more expensive headphones for my daughter - they have been brilliant! Honestly - do not waste your money on these!!”
