“The ticket allowed us to hear a talk from someone in a recency style costume about Jane Austin's life. All the info given was also in the pamphlet and wasn't really brought to life in any way. Then there was a gallery downstairs which had some info- stuff you could just read about online. The cafe upstairs was lovely but was not included in the ticket. I wouldn't recommend buying a ticket for the Jane Austen centre. I was expecting more... maybe some artefacts or antiques from the period or something”
