“Unfortunately very disappointed after just arrived at my holiday destination airport in Europe , getting my suitcase from the conveyer belt I noticed that the lock had broken and the zip to lock it in was broken off. I am disappointed with the quality of these cases , and for one of them to break on their first ever journey really doesn’t seem right. So now I’m going to have to travel back to the uk with a broken lock and zip with only 1 zip to be locked and I feel very uneasy about that. The quality of the suitcases are a bit flimsy and I would have thought to be more sturdier with the size of them.”
