“I ordered 2 bags from IT Luggage on 29th April. I received only one bag and they did not send me another bag. I was due to travel in 2 weeks and this affected my experience with the brand. To my surprise, I found on that they do not have a customer service contact number. The contact was via an online form only and they took more than 3-4 days to even reply to the email. Its 11th May 2026 and I am yet to find any solution of my missing bag. It was a frustrating experience for me even after paying them the money for the bag. IT Luggage: Please remember that your product might be good but your after sales services are the worst. Please work on them. Not buying IT bags ever again to waste my time.”
