“Looks good Arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Great that cases incorporate TSA locks. However looks can decieve. When we came to use for the first time both locks were faulty and jammed so we were afraid to use them and had to find alternative cases for our trip. I contacted customer care and said I had no confidence in the cases and asked for a refund as they were new and unused and only a couple of months old.I was told no refund was possible because it was over 28 days since purchase and all they would offer was to send replacement lacks which I would have to fit myself. So I have 2 cases that cost £120 which are not fit for purpose and I have to repair them myself. I dont call this customer care. You cant even ring them to discuss . Its online forms and emails. Terrible service!!!!”
