“HAD A NIGHTMARE! Bought 3 DUO-TONE - LARGE (CAPRI BREEZE / DRESS BLUES), on the outbound journey upon collecting it the lock mechanism was broke & one of the zips & contents were completely missing from the case, this 1 was bought for my daughter who is autistic which in turn caused her much upset. Then on the inbound journey the exact same thing happened on the second 1..coincidence I think not, Tried contacting for the warranty via the email system which is also very poor to a point where I’m now just getting ignored & seem to be stuck with 3 cases that aren’t fit for purpose & £165.00 down, Having always bought IT cases in the past I feel totally let down by this company & will not be using them again.”
