“I felt that the volume of information presented was overwhelming given the nature of work I do. If I was a senior manager with a high level of responsibility this would be appropriate training but in my role a less detailed training session would have been appropriate.”

The level 1 course is aimed at people who do not handle sensitive data but need to understand the basics of GDPR.
