“The training is suitable as a general course and is what I would consider a starter course with an excellent introduction to terms, policies etc. I understand that this is an off-the-shelf product. As the PGA promoted this course, I think it needed to be more specific, and examples related to golf would have been an advantage. I understand that this is an off-the-shelf product.”
