“Took a couple of days to adjust to fishy taste and now barely noticeable. Still testing to see long term impact but i did notice some muscle aching around my knee was alleviated within first 2 plus weeks. Main gripe is my first packet has lasted less than a month which may prove costly and unsustainable long term. Will continue to see and assess longer term impact.”
