“I usually have the bovine collagen, but thought I’d try the marine for a change. Don’t know if it’s doing any good yet. With taking this and doing weight training I hope my boned are getting stronger. Take with pure orange juice or vit c for the collagen to be absorbed. Good for tendons and ligaments as well. Husband takes it. Good in smoothies.”

“I am new to this product but I regularly use the beef collagen powder in my coffer. I was reluctant to try this one in anything where a slight odour or taste might affect the beverage to I have opted use the marine powder in my omelettes where I am pleased to say I cannot taste it. So I have one scoop of each a day.”
