“I find 10mg rather a lot for me so I take around 7mg. It did take a few different mixture combinations before I came to the conclusion that a heaped desert spoonful dissolved in freshly boiled water, then allowed to cool to a warm drinkable temperature was the best for me. The cooling time seems to disperse the smell and taste. I didn’t like it at all in tea / coffee etc I haven’t been taking long enough to comment on any significant results but I’m sure I will see some soon”
