“It's easy to dissolve in a drink, I have mine in coffee, there is no fishy taste. So many benefits to this, I'm not imagining the benefits, they are pretty obvious. Anyone feeling weary with the menopause should try this, a definite help.”

“Bought to help rejuvenate skin which had become wrinkled during the first stages of menopause. Used for a month and already noticing a difference. Powder is fine with a slight taste which can be hidden with juice or food. Prefer that to taking in pill form.”
