“I was very eager to try this and started for the first four weeks trying to take 2 tablespoons within a cup of coffee every day. Unfortunately I have now had to reduce it to 1 teaspoon every other day as both my husband and I find it makes us feel bloated and lays heavy on the top of our stomach. I have seen an improvement in my skin, nails and hair though. Hopefully I am still getting some goodness although not sure if worth continuing once my four bags are gone.”
