“Easy to incorporate into your day, add to drink and done. I did find it wasn't tasteless, I could taste something unpleasant in my tea although my husband disagreed and said he couldn't tell so may depend on the individual. I noticed a gradual improvement in my skin especially, and general mobility since taking for a month so does require long term use to see benefits.”

“It took me a number of months to notice any difference but I did then start to see my hair feeling stronger and there has definitely been less fallout. My nails also feel stronger and seem to break less than before. The main thing I like about this powder is that it genuinely is pretty much tasteless! I’ve never found a supplement that I can add to a cup of tea and not notice a change in taste but this is barely noticeable! I’ve been able to happily drink it in my tea every morning!”
