“A word of caution: after taking this for a few weeks, I recently noticed I was getting more irritable than usual and also experiencing low mood. Having searched online, I've discovered that this is a known side-effect for some people. So I'm reluctantly having to re-consider whether it's safe for me to take any more.”

“I have a lot of health issues and chose this collagen to help improve some of the symptoms. After taking it for a few months, I can notice a difference in my skin and hope that will continue in other areas going forward. I was really nervous to start with, but can genuinely say that it doesn’t alter the taste of my coffee in any way :)”
